Terms of Service

QRTender provides software that lets bars and venues ("Venues") take drink orders and payments from guests through QR codes. Venues are the sellers of every item ordered. QRTender is not a party to the sale.

Payments are processed in each Venue's own account (Stripe, Square or Mercado Pago). Refunds, disputes and receipts are handled by the Venue.

Venues are responsible for complying with alcohol laws, including verifying that guests are of legal drinking age at hand-off, and for applicable taxes.

Guests must be of legal drinking age to order alcoholic beverages and must present valid ID when asked.

Venue subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. Fees already paid are not refunded.

Referral program: for each Venue that signs up with your code and pays its plan, you get 20% off your base plan while that Venue stays active and paid up. The discount starts after the referred Venue's first payment, cannot exceed 100% of your plan, has no cash value and does not apply to Venues you own. QRTender may change or end the program with 30 days' notice.
